Thank you for taking the time to view my work. Here’s a little information about my intentions, process, shipping methods and recommended care instructions.
Shipping Ceramic pieces in the Shop are ready to ship and will be shipped collectively once a week. All packages are sent via Priority Mail or whenever necessary,USPS Ground Mail. Please allow 2-8 business days after time of shipping to receive your package. I am not set up for selling or shipping outside of the US at this moment, but I hope to do so in the future.
Local Pick Up If you would like to pick-up directly from me use the discount code "LOCAL" during check out and email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange pick-up time & date from my studio in Schenectady, NY.
Packaging Materials The shipping costs for each piece include delivery, packaging materials and insurance. I’ve made the effort to chose the highest quality packaging materials based on durability, sustainable waste management and Earth-friendliness. All packaging materials are reusable and I encourage you to do so. Please reuse your double-walled box, recycled bubble wrap, rubber bands, and potato starch peanuts. If you have no use for the peanuts, pour water over them, watch them dissolve and toss them in a compost. I intend to make my pieces available to humans living everywhere but I want to reduce the waste produced by shipping.
Damaged Items If you were to receive something that was damaged during delivery please email me within 3 days of receipt with a photograph attached. I insure all packages to make this experience as least inconvenient as possible for both you and I. I will happily replace your damaged goods with a similar item of equal value.
Care If you are receiving a ceramic piece intended for food use please wash it before eating/drinking from it. I recommend that you hand-wash all your handmade ceramic ware. They will last longer this way.
Lastly, I’d like to give you a mental image of my creative operation: It’s just me. This is my art. I make everything by hand from start to finish. My intention is that these objects will enhance the beauty in your life and elevate your everyday rituals. They are meant to be alive, holding their own personality and vibing within your space. In my creative process I am not striving for perfection, but rather expression. I hope that this can inspire you to hold a special relationship with your recently acquired piece of me.
